The rum Havana Club Tributo is a series of limited-edition releases, paying tribute to the exceptional variety of cuban rums and the know-how of its masters.
Havana Club Tributo
The Spanish emigrant José Arechabala was the creator of Havana Club rum in 1878, the result of selecting the best honey from sugar cane and aging it in oak barrels. Currently, the Cuban rum masters are the guardians of the country’s rum tradition, with José Navarro at the helm, responsible for the production of Havana Club for four decades.
Havana Club Tributo is finished in wood-aged white port barrels from the Douro Valley in Portugal.
Havana Club rum is the flagship of Cuban rum makers, thanks to the combination of its exceptional sugar cane, introduced to the Caribbean by Columbus in 1493, which grows in fertile soil and a Caribbean climate.
Distillation of several rums born from the best sugar cane and water in the traditional Cuban way, Spanish heritage.
